PSG: Dembele reveals Kvaratskhelia’s nickname
Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembélé has disclosed the nickname of his teammate, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
In a press conference ahead of PSG’s Ligue 1 match against Brest on Sunday, Dembélé referred to Kvaratskhelia as “Kvaradona.”
The French player praised the Georgian winger, noting his significant contributions during the previous season. “Last year, Kvara had an incredible season… he’s very, very important for us,” Dembélé said, as quoted by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Dembélé added that Kvaratskhelia is known by several nicknames among the team, including “The Best” and “Kvaradona.” “He’s really a top, fantastic player,” he remarked.
Kvaratskhelia, who joined PSG from Napoli last year, has recently been nominated for the 2026 Ballon d’Or.
