Transfer: Saudi club Al Nairyah sign Ufere on free transfer
AL NAYRIYAH, Saudi Arabia — Al Nairyah Sports Club, a team in the Saudi Arabian Second Division, has announced the signing of midfielder Ufere Chinedu on a free transfer.
Chinedu, who played last season with Enyimba, a nine-time champion of the Nigeria Premier Football League, was instrumental in helping the team avoid relegation.
The addition of Chinedu is part of Al Nairyah’s strategy to bolster their roster ahead of the upcoming season. The midfielder has also previously played for Sporting Lagos.
