Cristiano Ronaldo names most complete player in football history
Portugal’s national soccer team captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, asserted in a recent interview with CNN Portugal that he views himself as the most complete player in football history.
At 41 years old, Ronaldo made comparisons to other iconic figures in the sport, including Lionel Messi, Pelé, and Diego Maradona.
“Preferences for Messi, Pelé, or Maradona are subjective, and I respect that,” Ronaldo stated. “I am the most complete player.”
As he continues his career, Ronaldo is currently 20 goals shy of reaching the milestone of 1,000 career goals.
