Turkey: Trabzonspor to be fit for Beşiktaş clash
Trabzonspor forward Paul Onuachu sustained an injury during the UEFA Europa League match against Finnish club KuPS on Thursday night.
The Nigerian international scored the opening goal just three minutes into the match but was forced to leave the game in the ninth minute, with Guinea-Bissau’s Franculino Dju taking his place.
According to the Turkish news outlet Takagazette, Onuachu’s injury is not considered severe, as he was seen walking out of the stadium after the match.
Trabzonspor is reportedly making every effort to have Onuachu ready for their upcoming fixture against Beşiktaş. This season, Onuachu has scored two goals in seven league appearances for the club.
