Beşiktaş remains unbeaten in the group phase of the UEFA Europa League this season. The Turkish Super Lig club began their campaign with a commanding 4-1 victory over French side Marseille, followed by a narrow 3-2 triumph against Germany’s TSG Hoffenheim in an away match.
“We will be playing against a good team,” a Beşiktaş representative stated. “Teams coming from England are used to high tempo and intensity. We have played and are playing against good teams. So we are ready.”
As of now, Beşiktaş is positioned fourth in the Europa League standings, while their upcoming opponent, Crystal Palace, sits in 15th place.
