You were elected to solve problems, not to shift blame – Oshoma tackles Tinubu

Legal practitioner and public affairs analyst Liborous Oshoma criticized President Bola Tinubu on Saturday, stating that the President has a responsibility to address challenges rather than deflect blame onto previous administrations. Oshoma made these comments during an interview on Arise Television.

He argued that the Tinubu administration has frequently pointed fingers at past governments instead of tackling the pressing economic issues facing Nigerians. “The President was elected to solve problems, not to shift blame,” Oshoma remarked.

Oshoma noted that Nigerians cast their votes for Tinubu with the expectation that he would address critical issues, including fuel prices, naira devaluation, hunger, and insecurity. Three years into Tinubu’s term, he expressed disappointment that citizens have not yet experienced the promised “Renewed Hope,” but rather an ongoing cycle of blame.

He urged the President to accept responsibility and fulfill his campaign commitments.
