‘Bring down Tinubu, Wike, APC’ — GehGeh fires back at VDM
Social media personality known as GehGeh has issued a challenge to fellow influencer VeryDarkMan (VDM), urging him to shift his focus to prominent political figures including President Bola Tinubu and Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, rather than making threats against him.
GehGeh’s comments came in response to allegations from VDM, who he claims has threatened to damage his reputation. In his statement, GehGeh emphasized his role as a financial expert, noting that while he offers guidance, individuals have the right to accept or reject his advice, but must still face the consequences of their choices.
He asserted that VDM lacks the authority to undermine him unless he has acted improperly, adding that he too could leverage his social media presence against VDM if necessary.
GehGeh questioned VDM’s motivations, suggesting that with so many influential political figures available to challenge, it seemed misplaced for VDM to focus on him. “If VeryDarkMan wants to bring anybody down, am I really the right person?” he asked. “Let’s be honest: Tinubu is there, the APC is there, Wike is there. Go and take them down.”
He further encouraged VDM to use his influence for holding political leaders accountable, suggesting that targeting high-profile figures could benefit Nigeria as a whole. “You have the power to bring people down, but the APC and Wike are still there. Bringing those people down would be more beneficial,” GehGeh stated.
