Nigerian troops reportedly neutralise notorious bandit kingpin, Kachalla Kabiru in Kogi

Nigerian security forces have reportedly eliminated Kachalla Kabiru, a prominent bandit kingpin, along with several of his associates, during a military operation in Kogi State.

The operation was conducted by the Office of the National Security Adviser in collaboration with the Department of State Services and the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army. According to sources, the initiative followed weeks of intelligence gathering and surveillance that pinpointed Kabiru’s location at a specific hideout.
