‘Even my solar is off’ — Cute Abiola knocks Tinubu govt over power outage, hardship

Nigerian comedian Abiola Adedoyin, known as The Cute Abiola, criticized President Bola Tinubu over the country’s ongoing electricity challenges. In a recent video shared on social media, he expressed his frustration, noting that even his solar power supply has failed.

In the video, Abiola urged President Tinubu to take action on the electricity crisis, stating, “President Tinubu, my solar is off. Please, for God’s sake, help us. My solar is off right now. Please, everywhere is hot. The suffering is too much. Please, there’s no light. Abeg.”

Abiola also voiced concern that while the government appears focused on Tinubu’s re-election, ordinary Nigerians continue to face significant hardships. He concluded his remarks with a sardonic comment about the inadequacy of solar power, saying, “Buy solar, buy solar. Solar sef Dey off.”
