Trabzonspor Tops Gaziantep 2-1 in Turkish Super Lig Clash
Trabzonspor secured a 2-1 victory over Gaziantep in a Turkish Super Lig match on Sunday, marking Paul Onuachu’s sixth consecutive game with a goal.
Gaziantep took an early lead in the 22nd minute when Mohamed Bayo found the back of the net. However, Trabzonspor quickly responded, with Felipe Augusto equalizing just two minutes later.
Onuachu delivered the decisive goal for the visitors shortly before the half-hour mark. This goal marked the striker’s 35th for Trabzonspor, positioning him fifth among the club’s highest-scoring foreign players in history.
The win solidified Trabzonspor’s position in third place in the Super Lig standings, bringing their total to 48 points.
