Michael Owen Highlights Weaknesses in Arsenal’s Viktor Gyokeres
Former Real Madrid striker Michael Owen has pointed out several weaknesses in Arsenal forward Viktor Gyokeres despite the player’s recent performance.
Gyokeres scored two goals in Arsenal’s 4-1 victory over Tottenham during the North London derby on Sunday. Speaking on Premier League Productions, Owen praised Gyokeres, noting, “What you cannot question with this Gyokeres is his work rate. He is a fantastic runner and one of the very best finishers in the Premier League.” However, he also emphasized that the striker has areas that need improvement.
Gyokeres joined Arsenal from Sporting Lisbon last year. The team’s next match is scheduled against Chelsea in the Premier League this weekend.
