Super Falcons Camp Grows Ahead of Friendlies Against Cameroon

YAOUNDÉ, Cameroon — The Nigeria women’s national football team, known as the Super Falcons, has welcomed 15 players to their training camp in Yaoundé in preparation for upcoming international friendlies against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon, according to reports from DAILY POST.

The latest additions to the squad include Rinsola Babajide, Shukurat Oladipo, Folashade Ijamilusi, and Kafayat Shittu. The team originally opened camp on Wednesday with 11 players.

Among the early arrivals were team captain Rasheedat Ajibade, Monday Gift, Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene, Oluwatosin Demehin, and Christy Ucheibe.

The Super Falcons are scheduled to continue their preparations with a training session tonight at the Stade Omnisport Ahmadou Ahidjo. They will face the Indomitable Lionesses in the first of two friendlies on Saturday.
