CAF Confederation Cup: King vows El-Kanemi won’t disappoint against UNID
El-Kanemi Warriors technical adviser Emmanuel King has assured supporters that the team will perform well in their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup match against Union Desportivo of Guinea-Bissau.
The Borno-based club will host the first leg of the preliminary round at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne on Sunday.
During a visit from Borno State Commissioner Saina Buba, King expressed gratitude for the confidence placed in the team. “This team will not disappoint you,” he stated.
King emphasized their commitment to honoring the support they have received and making Borno State proud. “We will do everything possible to justify the investment and confidence you have in us,” he added.
Following the home match, El-Kanemi Warriors are scheduled to travel to Bissau for the return leg next week.
