EPL: Peter Crouch predicts scoreline of Man Utd vs City
Former Liverpool striker Peter Crouch has offered his prediction for the upcoming Premier League derby between Manchester City and Manchester United. The match is set to take place on Sunday at Old Trafford.
During a recent episode of “That Peter Crouch Podcast,” Crouch forecasted a narrow victory for Manchester City, suggesting they would defeat United 1-0.
“I think it might be the catalyst for them, really,” Crouch said. “I know City have won all three, but I don’t think they have been in top form, and I think United can hurt you.”
Crouch pointed to several players who could pose a threat, including Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, Bruno Fernandes, and Marcus Rashford, stating, “There are players in there; they can hurt you. I’m going to have to go 1-0 to City.”
Manchester City enters the match following a 1-0 win against Coventry in their latest Premier League outing. In contrast, Manchester United is coming off a 2-2 draw with Everton.
