EPL: They’ll fall short in UCL – Paul Merson predicts title winners

Arsenal legend Paul Merson has expressed his belief that Arsenal will secure the Premier League title this season. However, he cautioned that the team may struggle in the Champions League due to a lack of depth in their forward line.

In comments made during a segment on Sky Sports, Merson acknowledged the Gunners’ success in last season’s Premier League, where they emerged as champions, but noted their disappointing finish in the Champions League final, which they lost to Paris Saint-Germain in a penalty shootout.

“I believe they will win the Premier League, but I think they will fall short in the Champions League because of not having that extra person up front,” Merson stated.
