NPFL: Why I joined Sporting Lagos – Haruna Hadi
Sporting Lagos midfielder Haruna Hadi has explained his reasoning for joining the club at the beginning of the season. Hadi, who transferred from Remo Stars after the team was relegated to the Nigeria National League, cited the club’s training methods and the enthusiasm of its supporters as key factors in his decision.
“It’s been easy settling in here with Sporting Lagos; it feels like home,” Hadi said in an interview with the club’s media team. “Everything is going according to plan.”
He described his experience as positive, noting the training environment and the passionate fan base. “The training and the fans have created an amazing experience. There are new elements to the training, and you can truly feel the love from the fans,” he added.
“The shouts from the crowd make everything resonate. I’m really embracing it here,” Hadi stated. He expressed confidence in his abilities and the unique support he has received at Sporting Lagos. “To be sincere, I know what I can contribute, and it is different from my past experiences. The support is massive, and it’s very rewarding.”
