Transfer: Millwall will only sell Azeez for right price – Alex Neil

Millwall manager Alex Neil has issued a firm statement regarding the future of winger Femi Azeez, emphasizing that the club will not accept low offers for the player, according to the Daily Post.
Azeez is attracting interest from several clubs, including Premier League newcomers Hull City, as well as various European teams. Millwall previously turned down bids from Ipswich Town for the Nigeria international earlier this year.
The 25-year-old joined Ipswich Town from Reading in the summer of 2024 for just over £1 million. Reports indicate that Ipswich is now seeking approximately €20 million for Azeez.
Neil expressed no surprise at the interest surrounding Azeez, noting the winger’s impressive performance in the Sky Bet Championship last season. He stated that while every player has a price, Millwall is in a strong negotiating position and is prepared to retain Azeez if the offers do not meet their valuation.
“If anybody is trying to undercut us or go cheap on it, then we don’t need to sell anybody,” Neil told NewsAtDen.
