Alonso’s comments came ahead of the team’s pre-season match against Tottenham Hotspur scheduled for Saturday. The Blues currently boast a roster of 10 center-backs following the recent acquisition of Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace for approximately £51 million.
According to Sky Sports, several players, including Benoit Badiashile, Trevoh Chalobah, and Axel Disasi, are anticipated to depart the club this summer.
