U-20 WWC: Aduku declares Falconets ready for Spain clash
Falconets head coach Moses Aduku has expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for their inaugural match against Spain at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. The Group F match is scheduled for next Monday in Sosnowiec, Poland.
In preparation for the tournament, the Falconets recently faced the Korea Republic in a friendly match on Tuesday, which concluded in a 1-1 draw. This result followed a narrow 1-0 victory over the host nation, Poland, last Friday in Brzeg.
Aduku emphasized the importance of focusing on the upcoming match against Spain. “Yes, we are ready. That’s why we are in Poland. We are here to take one game at a time, and we have no other game but to play against Spain. So, we are ready,” Aduku stated in an interview with NFF media.
