BREAKING: Court dismisses Sowore’s no case submission in Tinubu cyberbullying trial

Justice Dismisses No-Case Submission in Cyberbullying Case Against Activist Sowore

Justice Mohammed Garba Umar of the Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a no-case submission filed by activist Omoyele Sowore in response to cyberbullying charges brought against him by the Department of State Services (DSS). The DSS accuses Sowore of cyberbullying President Bola Tinubu by labeling him a “criminal” on social media.

Following the court’s ruling, Sowore is now required to respond to the allegations in further proceedings.
