Nigeria moving in right direction — Presidency

Nigerian Presidency Asserts Progress Under Tinubu’s Reforms

Kaduna, Nigeria — The Nigerian Presidency affirmed that the nation is on a positive trajectory, attributing this progress to the reforms initiated by President Bola Tinubu.

Sunday Dare, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communication, made these remarks during the Northern Stakeholders Town Hall engagement held in Kaduna State on Saturday.

Dare characterized the reforms as challenging but essential, aimed at averting economic collapse and positioning Nigeria for sustainable growth. He emphasized that initiatives such as the removal of fuel subsidies and foreign exchange reforms are critical for restoring fiscal stability and boosting investor confidence.

According to Dare, these reforms are beginning to show favorable results, despite the difficulties faced by citizens in the initial phase. “Tinubu’s reforms are working and Nigeria is moving in the right direction,” he stated.

During the engagement, participants underscored the importance of maintaining continuity in government policies to achieve long-term economic stability and development. Several stakeholders expressed their support for President Tinubu’s re-election, citing the need for consistent policies moving forward.
