Iran Responds to U.S. Proposal on War Negotiations
Tehran—Esmail Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, addressed the latest U.S. proposal aimed at concluding the ongoing conflict, asserting that Iran’s response was “not excessive.” Baghaei criticized the U.S. for continuing to present “unreasonable demands” during negotiations pertaining to the cessation of hostilities and the reopening of the vital Strait of Hormuz.
