Nigerian youths not ready to stand up to evil politicians, insecurity – Influencer, GehGeh

Nigerian Media Personality Criticizes Youth and Security Response to Insecurity

Nigerian media figure GehGeh has voiced concerns regarding the response of both Nigerian youths and security agencies to issues of insecurity and governance in the country.

In a statement shared on her official social media page, GehGeh drew a comparison between recent events in South Africa and the situation in Nigeria, suggesting that South African citizens exhibit greater cohesion in their actions.

She remarked, “See how South African people came out to carry out a mission and their government supported them on the low. You see their police force supporting them, too.”

In contrast, GehGeh criticized Nigerian police, claiming they focus on minor infractions rather than addressing significant governance challenges. “But here in Nigeria, our police are looking for yahoo boys and private Chef girls, and the youths are not even ready to stand up to take back their country from these evil politicians,” she stated.

GehGeh’s comments highlight growing frustrations regarding the perceived inaction of Nigerian youths and the role of security agencies in the ongoing governance crisis.
