Nigerian international Joe Aribo has officially left Southampton following the expiration of his contract, the DAILY POST reports.

Aribo joined the Sky Bet Championship club in 2022 from Scottish Premiership side Rangers, where he had a successful spell. During his four years at Southampton, the midfielder recorded a total of nine goals in 95 league appearances.

In the latter half of the previous season, the 29-year-old was loaned to Championship rivals Leicester City. While at Leicester, he made six appearances but started only one match.
