Transfer: Hansi Flick to sign Real Madrid target for Barcelona in January
Barcelona manager Hansi Flick is reportedly interested in acquiring Finn Jeltsch, a defender currently with Stuttgart, during the upcoming January transfer window. This interest comes amid competition from Real Madrid, which is also eyeing the 20-year-old player.
According to a report from Diario SPORT, Flick has prioritized Jeltsch as a target to strengthen Barcelona’s central defense following an injury to Andreas Christensen. Additionally, Flick’s defensive options have been further strained due to recent poor performances from Gerard Martin and injuries sustained by Eric Garcia and Jules Kounde during a match against Real Betis.
Jeltsch has made headlines recently after receiving a call-up to the Germany national team in September, and he is recognized as one of the promising talents in German football.
