Vinicius Junior Invites Haaland to Join Holiday Workout

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior recently shared a social media post showcasing his workout session with American actor Terry Crews. In the post, Vinicius also extended an invitation to Manchester City’s Erling Haaland to join them for a holiday.

Currently enjoying his off-season in Rio de Janeiro, Vinicius is preparing to return to pre-season training with Real Madrid after representing Brazil in the 2026 World Cup.

“We are waiting for you, @erling,” Vinicius wrote in the caption.

The carousel post featured several images, including one of the Real Madrid star and Crews lifting dumbbells. Another image showed Crews holding a Brazil national team jersey that belonged to Vinicius, while a third captured the actor interacting with a member of Vinicius’s family.

The invitation to Haaland is rooted in a meme that gained traction during the 2026 tournament. It parodied a scene from the 2004 comedy film White Chicks, where Crews sings to Marlon Wayans. In the meme, Vinicius replaced Crews, and Haaland took on the role of Wayans. The humorous exchange caught Haaland’s attention, leading him to comment on the post and suggest a recreation, to which Vinicius responded with laughter.

During the World Cup, a bond formed between Vinicius and Haaland. After Norway’s elimination of Brazil from the tournament, Vinicius interrupted Haaland’s post-match interview, resulting in a brief handshake and hug.

Haaland celebrated his 26th birthday on July 21. The occasion stirred buzz among fans when Vinicius commented, “Happy birthday bro see u soon,” on the Manchester City striker’s birthday post, prompting speculation regarding the meaning behind “see you soon.”
