“Fashion is my baby” — Veekee James reveals why she will never abandon designing

Veekee James Stays Committed to Fashion Design Over Content Creation

Fashion designer Veekee James has reaffirmed her dedication to fashion design, stating she does not foresee transitioning into content creation. In a recent interview, James expressed her belief in the long-term financial potential of her fashion brand, which she feels outweighs the appeal of content opportunities.

James envisions future success for her brand, predicting that one of her dresses could sell for $100,000 or more. “I don’t know the content creation that can make me stop fashion designing,” James said. “In the next five years, I see myself making one dress for $100,000, if not more. Just one dress.”

While acknowledging the financial benefits of potential content creation deals, she highlighted that such arrangements might offer less long-term stability. “Maybe a content creation deal could pay me $500,000, but that might be a one-year contract. The amount I can make from one, two, three, or five dresses wouldn’t even take that long to achieve,” she explained.

James emphasized her deep-rooted passion for fashion design, referring to it as her “foundation” and “baby.” She stressed her commitment to her craft, asserting, “Unless I see that I’m losing focus on God’s purpose for my life, I won’t abandon it simply because there’s money elsewhere.”

While she remains open to lucrative partnerships and collaborations in content creation, James affirmed that fashion continues to be her primary focus and the essence of her identity as a creative entrepreneur.
