Rodri identifies area Barcelona needs to improve
Spain international Rodri emphasized the need for better control during matches and a reduction in counterattacks following his team’s recent performance. In an interview with Cadena SER, Rodri highlighted specific moments of concern in their game, noting, “For example, their [Galatasaray’s] first chance went in. We need to improve in that area, and they could have scored a second.”
Rodri suggested a more measured approach to attacking. “We have to learn, maybe try to attack a little more slowly,” he said, acknowledging the risk of quick counterattacks if possession is lost.
Despite these concerns, LaLiga champions enjoyed a successful outing against Galatasaray, with goals from João Cancelo, Fermín López, Anthony Gordon, and Karim Adeyemi securing a decisive victory.
