Being solo artist less stressful for me than P-Square – Paul Okoye

Paul Okoye, known as Rudeboy and one half of the former music duo P-Square, recently discussed his transition to a solo career in an interview with Lun Lifestyle TV.

Rudeboy indicated that the shift from working as part of P-Square to pursuing solo projects has not posed significant challenges for him. He emphasized that his role within the group included songwriting, production, and singing, functions he continues to perform as a solo artist.

“The transition into a solo artist was less stressful for me,” Rudeboy said. “I was already doing everything in the group, with due respect.”

He elaborated that maintaining creative control has been a straightforward process. “As I said, being a solo artist is less stressful. I have a team, and nobody is going to question my decisions. It’s easy for me,” he added.
