Atiku was in charge of economy when he built university – Tinubu
During a campaign rally in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Saturday, President Bola Tinubu criticized former Vice President Atiku Abubakar for his role in Nigeria’s economic challenges. Tinubu’s comments were made in response to ongoing criticisms directed at his administration regarding issues of hunger and economic hardship.
Tinubu stated that Atiku was part of the leadership that oversaw the country’s economic management. He suggested that Nigerians should question Atiku about the financial resources he used to establish his university while serving in office.
The President dismissed allegations that his government is to blame for Nigeria’s current difficulties, emphasizing the need for accountability among past leaders.
