A female teacher was killed in Ugbamaka, located in the Okpo District of Olamaboro Local Government Area in Kogi State, following an incident involving disciplinary measures taken against a student.
The incident was first reported on social media platform X by security and counter-insurgency expert Zagazola Makama. According to preliminary reports, the altercation started when the teacher disciplined the student, prompting a confrontation with the student’s father. This confrontation escalated into violence, resulting in the teacher’s death.
