Kano Hisbah arrests two TikTokers over alleged unauthorised use of uniform
The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested two individuals for allegedly using the agency’s uniform without authorization to create comedy skits in the Ladanai area.
The suspects, identified as 20-year-old Shuaibu Abdullahi Jibrin from Kawo and Umar Abdulkarim from Ladanai, reportedly impersonated Hisbah personnel in their videos.
In a statement issued by the board, it was disclosed that the men were apprehended and subsequently presented before a court for prosecution. However, the specific charges against them have not been revealed.
