Port Harcourt to Host 2026 NWFL Super Six Finals
Port Harcourt, Rivers State, will host the 2026 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership Super Six Finals, according to a report from DAILY POST.
The tournament is set to take place from June 5 to June 14, 2026. Six teams will compete for the championship title, culminating the NWFL season.
The qualified teams include Bayelsa Queens, Edo Queens, Rivers Angels, Robo Queens, Nasarawa Amazons, and the newly qualifying Abia Angels.
Bayelsa Queens secured the championship title last season, marking their sixth victory in the competition. The winner of this year’s tournament will earn the opportunity to represent Nigeria in the WAFU B Women’s Champions League.
