Transfer: Adebayo signs for Bristol City

Bristol City has secured the signing of striker Elijah Adebayo on a two-year contract. The 28-year-old, who previously played for Luton Town, made the move after training with the Robins during the pre-season.
Adebayo becomes Bristol City’s 10th signing of the summer, bringing valuable experience and depth to Head Coach Michael Skubala’s attacking lineup.
Wearing the number 45 jersey, Adebayo expressed his excitement about joining the club. “I can’t wait to get started. The place has a feel-good factor, and it has been easy for me to settle in,” he said.
He emphasized the clarity of Skubala’s vision for the season as a significant factor in his decision to join the team. “The gaffer has been very clear about what he wants from us and how to attack the season, so that is a big reason why I wanted to join,” Adebayo added. He also stated his intention to leverage his experience to motivate the team and foster a unified direction moving forward.
