Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood commented on Delap’s upcoming transfer during a segment on “Soccer Special.” He acknowledged Delap’s potential, stating that while things did not work out for him at Chelsea, he may find success under Nottingham Forest’s head coach, Oliver Glasner. Sherwood emphasized the importance of a manager’s trust in a player’s development.
