UECL: Yohanna makes Brighton debut in UECL draw against Tromsø

Zadok Yohanna Makes Competitive Debut in Brighton’s Stalemate Against Tromsø
Romssa Arena, Norway — Zadok Yohanna made his competitive debut for Brighton & Hove Albion on Thursday night, coming on as a substitute in a goalless draw against Tromsø in the UEFA Conference League playoff.
Yohanna, who replaced Ferdi Kadioglu in the 87th minute, was part of a match in which Brighton dominated possession but struggled to penetrate the host team’s defense. The Seagulls tallied 25 shots throughout the game, with six landing on target.
The 19-year-old is set to make his home debut in the second leg of the playoff when Brighton hosts Tromsø at the Amex Stadium next Thursday. The aggregate winner will advance to the league phase of the 2026/27 UEFA Europa Conference League.
Yohanna joined Brighton this summer from the Swedish club AIK.
