El-Kanemi Warriors Midfielder Prepares for Crucial Matches in NPFL
El-Kanemi Warriors midfielder Daddy Abdulrahman has expressed confidence as the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) enters its final rounds of matches. The Borno-based team is set to compete against Barau FC, Niger Tornadoes, and Enyimba in their remaining fixtures this season.
Abdulrahman acknowledged the challenges ahead but emphasized his commitment to performing at his best. “Our next focus is now Barau FC, who we play in Kano,” he said during an interview with NPFL media.
El-Kanemi Warriors will meet Barau FC in a key matchday 36 fixture this weekend. The teams are currently level on points, adding pressure to what Abdulrahman anticipates will be a tough competition. “It’s not going to be an easy match because goal difference can play a significant role at the end of the season,” he noted.
The midfielder reiterated the team’s goal for the upcoming games, stating, “I just want to go there and give my best. We want to get a result in that game and return home ready to secure a win against Niger Tornadoes.”
