Blessing CEO Remanded in Kirikiri Prison Following New Charges
Blessing CEO, a self-proclaimed relationship expert, has been remanded in Kirikiri Prison after being re-arraigned on charges of defrauding the public of 13 million naira. This development occurred just hours after she was granted bail of 10 million naira related to a separate tenancy fraud case totaling 69.1 million naira.
On Wednesday afternoon, Blessing shared an update on her Instagram account, highlighting that she has now returned to custody after spending 26 days in the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)’s detention.
In her post, Blessing asserted her plea of not guilty to all charges brought against her by the EFCC, noting that this marks her second incarceration in Kirikiri prison.
“I’m in high spirit. Cancer drama, 13 million donated, and the girl who says I doctored her result. I’ve pleaded not guilty to all of the charges after spending 26 days in EFCC custody. I am now remanded in Kirikiri correctional center as I prepare to secure my bail,” she wrote.
Blessing also mentioned her previous imprisonment in 2022, which was related to allegations of defamation and cyberbullying.
