Transfer: Akor Adams set for Venezia medical

Akor Adams is set to undergo medical examinations with Venezia this weekend as he approaches a transfer to the Serie A club, according to DAILY POST.

Venezia has reached an agreement with Spanish club Sevilla for the acquisition of Adams, who will cost the Serie A team a reported €16 million.

The 26-year-old forward will not participate in Sevilla’s friendly match against Wislaw Krakow scheduled for Sunday.

Adams is anticipated to join his new teammates under head coach Giovanni Stroppa at the beginning of next week.

Venezia secured promotion to Serie A last season.
