LaLiga: Mourinho introduces four new rules in Real Madrid dressing room
Real Madrid Manager Introduces New Rules for Player Conduct
Real Madrid manager José Mourinho has implemented four new regulations aimed at improving player behavior within the club’s dressing room.
Returning for his second tenure at the La Liga club this summer, Mourinho identified several problematic habits among the players, prompting the changes, according to the Spanish publication AS.
The first new rule restricts players’ dietary choices, as Mourinho has mandated a structured nutrition plan overseen by a club nutritionist. This initiative aims to ensure players maintain optimal health and fitness.
Additionally, players who arrive late to training sessions will face solitary gym workouts as a consequence. This measure is intended to emphasize punctuality and discipline.
Another significant rule requires that all injury recovery takes place at the training facility. Players must be monitored by club staff during rehabilitation, rather than relying on external personnel away from the team environment.
These changes reflect Mourinho’s commitment to fostering a professional atmosphere at Real Madrid.
