EPL: Arsenal eager to finalise Osimhen’s transfer after Arteta’s demand
Arsenal FC is aiming to secure the transfer of Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, following a request from manager Mikel Arteta.
Reports from Foot Mercato indicate that the Premier League champions are optimistic about completing the deal after Arteta named the Nigerian international as his top target for this summer’s transfer window.
Despite Arsenal’s interest, the pursuit of Osimhen is expected to be challenging. Galatasaray’s management has reportedly dismissed multiple offers for the 27-year-old forward.
Osimhen joined the Turkish Super Lig club from Napoli in 2025, and he is under contract with Galatasaray until 2029.
