‘I have never felt pain like this’ – Magixx mourns his mother 

Nigerian singer Alexander Adelabu, known professionally as Magixx, has announced the death of his mother, Esther. In a heartfelt tribute shared on social media, the 26-year-old Mavin Records artist described her passing as one of the most painful experiences of his life.

Magixx expressed his struggles with accepting the reality of his mother’s death, noting the significant role she played in his life and the lives of others. He characterized Esther as a strong woman who consistently demonstrated love and kindness, even while facing health challenges.

“I have never felt pain like this. Never been this lost. Still processing that this is real. Can’t believe this happened to you, Mom,” he wrote.

Reflecting on their close bond, Magixx described his mother as his greatest source of support. “You are my reason, my why, my guardian, my twin, my everything,” he stated.

In his tribute, he also remembered Esther for her free spirit, sharp wit, and benevolence, noting how her personality drew people to her. He expressed regret that he did not have the opportunity to tell her once more how much he loved her, adding that he would choose her as his mother in every lifetime if given the chance.
