Plateau United Defeats Niger Tornadoes 3-0, Technical Adviser Praises Teamwork
Plateau United’s technical adviser, Gbenga Ogunbote, praised his players for their strong teamwork following a decisive 3-0 victory over Niger Tornadoes on matchday 29.
Goals from Vincent Temitope, Isaiah Sunday, and Nenrot Silas secured the win for Plateau United. Ogunbote acknowledged a marked improvement in the team’s finishing skills.
In their previous three matches, Plateau United has scored a total of eight goals. “The synergy has started to form, and we learned from our previous match where we failed to convert our chances,” Ogunbote stated to the club’s media.
He added, “We aimed to score more, but we are grateful for the outcome of the match.” Currently, Plateau United occupies the 10th position in the league standings with 37 points from 29 matches.
