EPL: Arteta confirms double Arsenal injury blow after West Ham win

Arsenal Faces Injury Setbacks After Victory at West Ham
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta revealed that the team has suffered a double injury setback following their 1-0 victory against West Ham on Sunday.
Leandro Trossard netted the decisive goal in the 82nd minute, securing a crucial win that keeps Arsenal five points ahead of Manchester City in the Premier League standings. However, the match took a toll on the squad’s health.
Defender Ben White was substituted in the first half due to a knee injury, with Martin Zubimendi taking his place. In the second half, Riccardo Calafiori also did not return to the field and was replaced by Cristhian Mosquera.
Addressing the media after the match, Arteta provided an update on White’s situation. “We don’t know [the severity] but it doesn’t look good at all,” he said. “He needs some further testing tomorrow, and I will know a bit more.”
As the team prepares for upcoming matches, the health of its players remains a key concern for Arteta and the Arsenal staff.
