‘He’s my role model’ – PSG coach, Luis Enrique names best manager of all-time

Luis Enrique Calls Pep Guardiola the Greatest Manager of All Time
Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique has hailed Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola as the greatest manager in football history.
In a recent interview with Movistar Plus, Enrique expressed his surprise over Guardiola’s impending departure from City at the end of the current season, calling his fellow countryman a significant influence on his own career.
“I don’t believe Pep Guardiola is leaving. I don’t want to believe it, because I would like him to stay for many more years,” Enrique said.
Enrique recounted that during his tenure as the head coach of Spain’s national team, Guardiola frequently sought his advice about coaching at that level. While he speculated that Guardiola is unlikely to take over the Italian national team, he acknowledged that the possibility shouldn’t be dismissed entirely.
“I would like to see Pep at the highest level for many years, because he is a role model for me. He is the best manager of all time,” Enrique added.
