Four Arrested for Immoral Conduct at Kebbi Hotel

The Kebbi State Hisbah Board has arrested four individuals—three men and one woman—following allegations of immoral conduct at the Summit Guest Inn Hotel in Birnin Kebbi’s Old Garage area.

This development was confirmed in a statement from Surajo Usman Kamba, the Director of Legal Affairs for the Kebbi State Hisbah Board. The statement indicated that the woman had traveled from Gulma town to Birnin Kebbi to meet her boyfriend, who is believed to have come from Argungu.

In addition to the initial arrests, two other men suspected of being involved in the incident were apprehended in Birnin Kebbi.

Kamba noted that these arrests occurred during an operation aimed at addressing social vices within the state. He urged local youths to adhere to moral values and avoid fornication and other immoral actions.

The statement did not indicate whether the suspects will face formal charges in court.
