LaLiga: Match-Winner Sadiq reacts to Valencia’s crucial win over Bilbao

Valencia Secures Vital 1-0 Win Against Athletic Bilbao
Valencia secured a crucial 1-0 victory against Athletic Bilbao at the Estadio San Mamés on Sunday, bolstering their position in the league standings.
Umar Sadiq made a significant impact off the bench, scoring the match-winning goal 18 minutes from the end. This goal marks Sadiq’s third in his last four league matches for head coach Carlos Corberán’s squad.
After the match, Sadiq reflected on the importance of team contribution. “It was the first ball I touched, but the most important thing is the team and that we work together,” the 29-year-old striker said, as reported by the club’s official website. “Winning here is very important in a difficult stadium. We all knew that. We are very happy.”
Sadiq joined Valencia from Real Sociedad in January and has since registered four goals and two assists in 14 league appearances.
