LaLiga: Mourinho picks Osimhen as striker to lead Real Madrid’s attack

Real Madrid Targets Galatasaray Striker Victor Osimhen Amid Management Changes
Real Madrid is reportedly considering Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen as a key target for the upcoming summer transfer window, according to Soccernet.
The LaLiga club is in the final stages of negotiations to appoint Jose Mourinho as its new manager, following a recent organizational review. Mourinho has identified Osimhen as the ideal candidate to spearhead the team’s offense.
Mourinho has held a long-standing admiration for the Nigerian striker, having faced him during Osimhen’s tenure at Napoli when the Portuguese coach was in charge of AS Roma.
In addition to their past encounters, Mourinho has publicly likened Osimhen to Ivorian football legend Didier Drogba, whom he famously managed at Chelsea.
Should Osimhen join Real Madrid, it could allow forwards Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr. to return to their preferred wider positions, where they find greater success.
