NNL confirms promoted, relegated teams for 2025/26 season
Nigeria National League Confirms Promotions and Relegations
The Nigeria National League (NNL) has officially announced the promotion of four clubs to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) following the conclusion of the season. The promoted teams are Doma United, Sporting Lagos, Ranchers Bees, and Inter Lagos.
In addition, the NNL confirmed the relegation of ten clubs to Nationwide League One (NLO). The clubs facing demotion are Gombe United, Sporting Supreme, Mighty Jets, City FC, Dakkada FC, Abia Comets, Gateway FC, First Bank FC, Osun United, and Rovers FC.
The decisions were made during a board meeting held in Ikenne. Sporting Lagos emerged as champions of the 2025-26 NNL season.
