NPFL: Nasarawa United won’t give up on continental ticket – Mangut

Nasarawa United Remains Committed to Continental Aspirations
Nasarawa United’s technical adviser, Mbwas Mangut, affirmed the team’s determination to secure a continental qualification despite a recent setback. The Solid Miners fell 2-1 to Shooting Stars in Ibadan, a loss that dropped them to seventh place in the league standings.
With only two matches remaining in the season, the team is focused on achieving their goal. Mangut expressed confidence in their ability to contend for a higher position.
“The league remains competitive for the teams in the top six,” Mangut stated in an interview with the club’s media. “We will continue to fight until the end of the season, hopeful of achieving our objectives.”
Nasarawa United is set to face Plateau United in Lafia this weekend as they strive to regain momentum in the final stretch of the season.
